NON PROFIT REQUIREMENTS In order to become an ITCIZE member you must meet the following requirements: (I) Your primary purpose is in charitable and/or environmental contexts and you are a registered non-profit organization in Portugal or Spain. (II) Your primary purpose is not the promotion of conferences or seminars, unless such conferences or seminars promote non-profit efficacy and/or charitable activities. AGREEMENT Non profit organizations must agree to the following service terms: (I) Provide information to help us assess the status of implementation and the results of all of our programs. (II) Provide information about program effectiveness, trought different methods, such as interviews and surveys. (III) Provide any elements necessary with the purposes of creating a case study, blog post or testimonial on ITCIZE programs. (IV) Audits: We reserve the right, at any time prior to an organization being accepted or at any time after such acceptance, to require that it undergo an audit. The audit shall be carried out to determine whether the non-profit Member satisfies or continues to satisfy the criteria set out in ITCIZE programs. Failure to comply with a request to undergo an Audit or failure to qualify under the terms of the audit, may result in termination/denial of our services. We reserve the right to determine and deny services to any organization, for any reason, under any circumstances. |
